Since 2018, IMP achieved the IATF 16949 certification aligning so its Quality Management System with the reference standard operating in the Automotive branch.
Fully focusing on the environmental aspect, as an unalienable prerequisite element for a Company being oriented towards a sustainable future, also the ISO 14001 certification has been achieved.
In 2025 the Company achieved, at the end of a massive general requalification program referring to machines and processes, also the ISO 45001 certification, completing so with the Health & Safety jigsaw piece the coverage of any sensitive area with structured Management Systems.
And to ensure finally also the compliance with gender equality and fundamental human rights referred to freedom and dignity, the adoption of a Management System being certified according to the UNI/PdR 125 Scheme had been decided.
